Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will grant you total command over your e-mailbox accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-navigate interface, you can set up a new email box in an instant and administer its settings with ease. What's more, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one email account to another, finetune e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and guard your email boxes against junk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your e-mail box accounts against spam messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtering your incoming mails on the basis of certain criteria specified by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily set up a filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and set the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming emails from one electronic mail account to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Simply select the mailbox you wish to forward electronic mails from, then specify the destination e-mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the email client of your liking to access your electronic mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you wish to set up on your desktop computer or handheld device and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail account will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple e-mail box accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager will also permit you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will do the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
